The CEO is head of management and supervises the managers of each company department.

Currently, six departments constitute Arabize:

• The Language Department – a team of translators, technical writers and reviewers.
• The Quality Assurance Department.
• The Projects' Technical Support Department – including engineers and technical specialists.
• The Desktop Publishing (DTP) Department.
• The Client Relations Department.
• The Administration Department.

Each department employee reports issues to their respective manager; each department manager reports his/her department issues to the CEO.
